Serene Dream is the perfect starting point for exploring the natural beauty, relaxed towns, and culinary delights of the Napa Valley. Within a 5 to 10-minute drive from the St. Helena property are a host of world-renown wineries and restaurants, along with farmer markets (in season) and breathtaking vineyards views.

A 10-minute drive north from St. Helena is to the resort town of Calistoga, famous for its soothing mud baths and sulphur springs. Up Highway 29/128 another half-hour or so from Calistoga is the quaint town of Healdsburg in the heart of Sonoma Valley wine country.

Travel 10 minutes south from St. Helena and there's Yountville, home of the culinary mecca The French Laundry and a dozen or so other fine restaurants. Another 10-minute drive brings you to the city of Napa. It is currently being revitalized, in part, by the efforts of Copia, the American Center for Food, Wine & the Arts. An hour from Napa is San Francisco.
